ActiveCap I - Portuguese Growth Fund, FCR, is a fund dedicated to investing in expansion capital, filling a gap in the Portuguese economic fabric as well as in the availability of expansion capital.

The scope of the ActiveCap I fund is the capitalisation of companies with proven business models, with innovation and growth potential, enabling them to operate competitively at global level.

The investment will be used to strengthen the company’s capital base, enhance financial independence and support growth, with a focus on significant minority stakes, active involvement in management and executive representation on the Board of Directors.
