ActiveCap invests in OZO Living, a leading Portuguese group specializing in 100% custom-made furniture

ActiveCap – Capital Partners (“ActiveCap”), through the ActiveCap II – Portuguese Growth Fund (“ActiveCap II”), has completed its investment in the OZO Living Group, a leading Portuguese group specializing in the production of 100% custom-made furniture.

Founded in 2010, the OZO Living Group comprises three companies: Showing Signs – Design, SA, specialized in luxury interior design and project management; Both Wood, SA, responsible for product manufacturing; and Living Area, SA, dedicated to real estate management. The group exports around 90% of its production to international markets and has participated in numerous flagship projects in the hospitality sector. Its export track record is highly relevant in the European market, with notable projects in the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and Spain.

The investment was made through the ActiveCap II fund under the Consolidar Program, an investment initiative of the Capitalization and Resilience Fund, managed by the Portuguese Development Bank – aiming to strengthen the strategic focus on the European market and support the ambitious growth plan in new geographies, particularly in North America, while prioritizing rigor, creativity, and the delivery of excellent solutions—qualities that have defined OZO Living since its inception.

The transaction was supported by financial advisory from KPMG Deal Advisory and legal advisory from Vieira de Almeida – Sociedade de Advogados for the management team. ActiveCap received financial advisory support from EY and legal advisory from SRS Legal Advogados.
