ActiveCap I&D II

ActiveCap I&D II, Fundo de Capital de Risco Fechado is a fund dedicated to investing in companies focused, mainly, to research and development (R&D), whose suitability in terms of research and development has been recognized by the National Innovation Agency (Agência Nacional de Inovação, S.A.).

The investment focus of ActiveCap I&D II is to invest in the capital of companies at the various stages of their development, including Start-Ups, Scale-Ups, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Mid-Caps, through equity and quasi-equity investments.

The aim of ActiveCap I&D II is to invest in companies to promote product development, the export of goods and services, the activity internationalization, activity expansion, development of new business areas and the consolidation of business projects, among others.
