ActiveCap II – Portuguese Growth Fund, FCR is a fund dedicated to investing in companies growth potential, through expansion and capitalisation strategies.
The scope of the ActiveCap II fund is the investment in companies with established business models, with growth potential in which the capital contribution will allow to strengthen their competitive position either through organic growth or through acquisitions.
The investment will be made through the contribution of financial and human capital to increase financial autonomy and foster growth, with a focus on relevant positions, with active participation in management and executive Board representation.
