Ana Sofia has over ten years of professional experience in the legal field and has progressively strengthened her work within regulated and supervised environments. She currently works in the areas of regulatory compliance, risk management, and regulatory reporting.

She has broad legal experience across several areas, including debt recovery, insolvency proceedings, corporate and labour law — with a particular focus on company formation and due diligence processes — as well as real estate and immigration law, covering nationality, visas, and regimes such as the Golden Visa.

Previously, she held the position of Risk & Compliance Officer at Orthonave STC, S.A.

Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, Executive master’s in Finance & Control from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, and advanced training in Compliance from the Portuguese Banking Training Institute (Instituto de Formação Bancária).
