Antea is Investor Relations at ActiveCap, where she manages relationships with institutional and private investors, supporting capital raising activities. She is actively involved in the structuring and execution of capital raising processes, overseeing investor communications throughout the entire investment lifecycle.

Prior to joining ActiveCap, she worked in Transaction Services at Euronext, structuring innovative financial instruments within private markets from deal inception to financial close. Her responsibilities included financial modelling and forecasting of private market opportunities, coordination of the investment process, documentation approval workflows, client origination, negotiation, and engagement with external stakeholders.

She began her career at Borsa Italiana in Milan and subsequently continued her professional path at Euronext Lisbon, gaining exposure to cross-border capital market environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from LUISS Guido Carli University and Double Degree Master in Finance from LUISS Guido Carli, HSE University, and the London School of Economics (LSE).
