Miguel is a member of the investment team, where he engages in activities involving the analysis and execution of new investment opportunities and the monitoring of portfolio companies, with a particular emphasis on ESG themes.

Previously, he led the business development department of a Fintech company and had brief stints at companies such as BPI Asset Management and Uniplaces.

In addition to his role at ActiveCap, he also serves as an assistant professor at the Nova School of Business and Economics, where he co-created the Applied Sustainable and Responsible Finance course.

Master’s in Finance from Nova SBE and a Bachelor’s in Management and Business Administration from Católica SBE.
